Section 11M
Must obtain a teaching permit

(1) After the commencement of this Act, no one shall be allowed to be a candidate for the post of teacher without obtaining a teaching permit from the Commission. (3) The commission will issue a teaching license to candidates who have passed the examination as per sub-section (2). The Commission shall issue a temporary teaching permit to the teacher within six months from the date of commencement of this Act.

(5) A teacher who has received a temporary teaching permit in accordance with subsection (4) shall obtain a permanent teaching permit from the Commission within five years.

(6) If the permanent teaching permit cannot be obtained within the period specified in sub-section (5), the temporary teachers will automatically retire and the permanent teachers will be retired as prescribed. A person who has at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, English, office management and accounting, law, agriculture and animal science can be a candidate for the examination for a temporary teaching license for such subject.

(6B) Subsection (6A) ) for the purpose of granting a temporary teaching permit, the Commission shall conduct a separate examination as prescribed.

(6c) The Commission shall grant a temporary teaching permit to the candidate who succeeds in the examination as per sub-section (6b) and the validity period of such permit shall be five years.< /p>

(6d) The Commission shall arrange for the teaching permit to be issued as prescribed for teachers who teach in special education, inclusive education and schools operated with the purpose of sub-section (7d) of Section 3.

(6e) ) for the purpose of giving suggestions to the Commission on matters related to teaching permits, there will be a teachers' council as specified, including experts recommended by the Nepal Teachers' Federation.
